Some links on this site earn us a commission. Here is exactly how that works and what it means for you.

TrueMark Review is supported by its readers. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase. This page explains what that means and how it affects the content you read here.
An affiliate link is a tracked URL that identifies TrueMark Review as the source of a referral. When you click one of these links and go on to purchase a product or subscribe to a service, the company you buy from pays us a referral fee.
Not every link on this site is an affiliate link. Links to sources, research, or reference material are plain links with no tracking or commission attached.
TrueMark Review participates in affiliate programs run by the software and security tool companies we cover. When we include an affiliate link in our content, we earn a commission only if you click that link and complete a purchase. We do not earn anything from clicks alone, nor from purchases made through non-affiliate links or directly through a company's website.
Commission rates and program terms vary by company and are not something we control.
Affiliate commissions are paid by the vendor, not by you. The price you pay for any product or service is exactly the same whether you arrive through our link or navigate there directly. In some cases, affiliate partnerships may actually give us access to promotional rates or discount codes we can pass on to readers — but never the reverse.
Commissions do not determine what we write or what we recommend. We do not accept payment for positive coverage, and companies cannot purchase favorable placement in our content. Our research and comparisons are based on publicly available information, vendor documentation, and our own judgment about what is genuinely useful to readers.
If a product does not meet the bar we would set for a personal recommendation, we do not feature it — regardless of whether an affiliate program exists for it.
We earn a commission when you buy through our links. It costs you nothing extra. It does not influence what we recommend. If we wouldn't point a friend toward it, it won't appear here.
The United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that websites clearly disclose material connections between a site and any companies whose products it recommends. TrueMark Review complies with these requirements.
In addition to this dedicated disclosure page, we include a short disclosure notice in the footer of every page on the site. Where applicable, individual articles also note affiliate relationships at the point of the recommendation.
If you have questions about our affiliate relationships or want to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, please contact us. We are happy to clarify.
